2. Same day dispatch on orders placed before 4pm on instock items

Delivery

Orders are prepared by our logistics centre located in Nunawading, Victoria, Australia, then dispatched by our delivery agent. We process orders Monday through Friday in the order they are received, following credit approval.

All our orders are shipped via Standard shipping unless stated otherwise. This is estimated to take a maximum of ten working days (excluding official public holidays).

You will receive an email containing tracking details when your order has been dispatched.

Please note:
Delivery times will vary depending on a number of factors, including Product availability, the capacity of our centre, supplier delivery of Product to us, and any delays experienced by our delivery agent. We are not responsible or liable for any delay in delivery.

If your order is late, email us at hello@sensoriplus.com.au and we will follow it up with our delivery agent.

Once you receive your Products, you should check that they match your order. Please tell us immediately if they are not correct. Subject to applicable law, we may still reject any delivery complaints if we receive them more than 7 working days after you receive the delivery.

Prices and Payment

All prices on the SENSORI+ website are listed in Australian dollars and are inclusive of GST. SENSORI+ accepts payments via credit card (Visa, Mastercard or American Express), PayPal, WeChat Pay, and AliPay.

Prices are subject to change without notice.

By purchasing a product online from SENSORI+, you agree to pay an amount totalling the sum price of each product ordered at the time you make the order, the cost of delivery, and any subsequent fees required.

Refunds and Returns

Items must be returned to their original point of purchase. Regrettably, we are unable to accept online returns for products purchased in specialty retailer, department store or elsewhere.

Should you make an error when ordering online, SENSORI+ will gladly refund your item up to 30 days from the date of purchase. The returned item must be unopened and in its original saleable condition. You are responsible for the shipping and additional postage charges.
